As we have currently moved to Scotland we have two fulfilment companies. When ordering multiple items they may arrival in two deliveries and not just one. There will be no further cost to you but we wanted to let you know that your items might be shipped separately. Returns

You may exchange items for another of a similar value or be prepared to make an additional payment in order to get something of greater value.

Upon receiving the item/s we will carry out an inspection to check the item is still in its original condition, any item returned damaged, visibly worn or in a unsellable condition will be sent back. All items must be returned with original packaging, swing tags and stickers. You have up to 14 days to contact us if you wish to be refunded, any items returned after this time can only be exchanged for an item of similar value or credit to be used at a later date.

You must contact us before sending any items back, we will not be held responsible for loss of items being returned and the customer sends anything back at his or her own expense.
